corporations. The position incurred a 49% salary increase within the first two
years as a result of performance. Duties and accomplishments include:

Budget preparation and oversight of a 3.8 million dollar operating budget
for three co-joint corporations, and a 2 million-dollar fund balance, |

Recruited major gifts including a $250,000 gift, a $100,000 gift and
several $50,000 gifts, as well as manage a 160% increase in fundraising income in the first year alone, |

Purchased and developed an administrative building to include acquisition
